Question:
How can Momail be free?
Answer:
We might be a little naive, but we have a vision about allowing everyone access to their e-mail through their mobile. It should be simple, it should work for everyone and it should be cheap to read e-mails in your mobile. Momail is the worlds smallest mobile e-mail and its free. Momail reduces the amount of data with as much as 99 percent, and that means that the cost in data transfer is lowered considerably. (Momail is free, however depending on your mobile service subscription, data transfer fees may be added.)
So how can Momail be free?
The service will be financed through future premium services.
Question:
Is the Momail service depending on which service provider I use?
Answer:
Momail is service provider independant. You only need to be able to browse the internet (to have GPRS/3G activated).
Question:
What happens if the receiver doesn't have a Momail account?
Answer:
Don't worry. If You try to send a Momail to a mobile phone number that's not yet a Momail user, we'll send them an SMS to alert them to activate a Momail account so they also can start using our service.
